1958: Tiantai Machinery Plant, the predecessor of Yinlun Machinery, was founded in Tiantai, Zhejiang, China. 1994: Yinlun Machinery entered the US aftersales market and started to participate in global competition. 1998: Yinlun Machinery successfully turned itself from a state-owned enterprise into a private joint stock enterprise with equity participation by staffs. 2001: Our OEM products entered the US market and our commercial, logistics and new product development procedures started to meet international standards. 2003: Our technical renovation project was listed as one of the projects to receive key national financial support. The first phase projects was completed and launched into operation. It covers a floor area of 200mu (about 140,000sqm) and a construction area of 58,000sqm, of which the working area is 40,000sqm. There are four major workshops, an independent R&D Building and an Office Building. The second Phase Renovation Project under construction now has a total investment of USD 13 million and will cover a new workshop area of 270,000sqm upon completion. 2004: We produced 4.5million units of heat radiators of various types with a total sales revenue of USD 48 million, including an export revenue of USD 20 million. Yinlun Machinery now has a total asset of USD 48 million. 2005: We will try to go public in Shanghai and become a listed company. Key customers abroad: Currently, Our customer list includes the following global brand names: The worlds three key diesel engine manufacturers of Cummins(US), Perkins(Britain) and Deutz(Germany); the worlds three key auto component and assembly suppliers of Delphi(US) and Valeo(France);and the multitude of world-renowned auto manufactures like Ford, Daimler-Chrysler and Volvo. Quality and customer first and all-around participation has been our quality policy. In order to realize the quality target of zero defect, Yinlun has kept focusing its attention on establishing and improving on its quality assurance system. We started to establish a world-standard quality management system in the auto industry as early as 1996. We got QS9000 and VDA 6.1 certified by the renowned US Company of Perry Jhonson in 2000. In 2005, Yinlun is planning to obtain the quality system certificates of ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000. We actively implements such advanced management methods as 6 Sigma Management,5S Management,8D Management, Kanban Management and lean production, etc in order to keep increasing our work efficiency and catch up with the international leading enterprises.
